I competed at the various triathlon events starting from local club triathlons to representing Great Britain in the
Age Group World championships.
Injuries forced me to concentrate on coaching and back to University.
I finished a first year in London School of Osteopathy, but I realized that I am more interested in human bio-mechanics than just treatment on a couch, so I decided to concentrate on Sports Massage Therapy and Anatomy in Motion (AIM) rehabilitation through movement.
AIM therapy techniques were the only way I was able to recover from my injuries and become pain free. Now that I am able to practice these methods I am keen to pass on the incredible holistic results that can be achieved.
I am also a practicing Level 2 triathlon coach, personal trainer L3 and Alexander Technique student. I love what I do, helping people to achieve their maximum potential using all methods available to me. My qualifications allows me to work with all ages, currently I am working with junior athletes and a gentlemen of 103 years old !
As triathlon coach I am involved in helping to run South East regional triathlon academy and still coaching at Medway Triathlon Club, Dartford and White Oak Triathlon Club and Bexley Masters Swimming club.
